Twenty-five years ago, on November 6, 1995, The Children’s Home Foundation began its mission. Floyd Stumbo, retired president of the Children’s Home of Lubbock, gave his full attention to growing a permanent endowment. The purpose of the Foundation is to provide an ever increasingly solid base of funding for the Children’s Home.
Those seeds planted two-and-one-half decades ago have grown steadily. This has enabled The Foundation to provide more than $13 million to the Home, which supports this essential ministry to children in need.
